Harmony Durfee

Harmony Durfee is a third-generation attorney with a lifelong immersion in the legal field. Growing up surrounded by law, she developed an early understanding of what is truly at stake when families sit down to plan for their future. For Harmony, the work is not simply about documents and legal structures. It is about people, relationships, and making sure that what a family has built becomes a blessing rather than a burden for the generations that follow.

Harmony holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science in Web Development. She also earned certificates in "Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice" and "Global Arbitration Law and Practice", the latter completed through the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London, one of the world's premier dispute resolution programs. She also studied "Conflict Resolution from Religious Traditions" at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, learning from a distinguished faculty of legal scholars, religion academics, and faith leaders from across traditions, including an elite hostage negotiator. Together, these experiences gave her a rare set of tools for navigating high-stakes conversations and deeply complex family and business dynamics with both precision and genuine care, tools she brings to every client relationship at Durfee Law Group.

Harmony's focus within the firm centers on Dynasty estate planning, guiding families and business owners through the kind of careful, integrated planning that protects wealth and preserves family harmony across generations. Behind the scenes, she is equally invested in the strength and future of the firm itself, developing the internal systems and programs that allow DLG's team to serve clients with excellence today and for generations to come.

Being a peacemaker is not something Harmony had to be taught. As the youngest of 8 children with over 100 first cousins, she has spent a lifetime navigating big personalities, competing interests, and complex family dynamics. That background now informs everything she does for the families and business owners who trust her with their most important planning decisions.

Outside the office, and quite true to her name, Harmony is an accomplished musician with years of performance experience, bringing the same discipline, attentiveness, and heart to the stage as she does to her clients.
