Aspen Cashin

As Director of Strategic Initiatives, Aspen leads front end operations, strategic growth, and content development for the firm. She oversees the creation of newsletters, articles, books, and eLearning courses, while driving new project initiatives and organizational expansion.

Aspen brings extensive leadership experience, having served as Chief Operating Officer for a startup where she managed daily operations and strategic planning. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Senate and as an administrator in the legal sector. She also taught high school government and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's in Education from Arizona State University. This diverse background enables her to bring a strategic, client-centered approach to operations and project development.

Aspen's work is guided by a commitment to interdisciplinary connections and real-world applications. She focuses on demonstrating not only what things are and how they work, but how they interact with each other.
